Andrea Millard grew up in Concord, Ma and serves as Director of Prayer Ministries (part-time). She is passionate about helping Christians develop lives of prayer. This has been a hallmark of her ministry. One of her favorite quotes about the nature of prayer comes from an early Church Father, Clement of Alexander, who wrote, “Prayer is keeping company with God.”
Andrea is also a life-long learner. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity School for Ministry. She served on the leadership team for the Anglican Diocese in New England as Canon for Prayer and Healing Ministries. While in Boston she completed a year-long residency in Clinical Pastoral Education at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Andrea is enjoying settling into life in Pittsburgh with her husband, Jonathan. She delights in traveling and hiking with him, spending time with their families in both New England and [Old] England, and cheering for a football team that shall not be mentioned in the ‘Burgh.
