The Jubilee Conference May 17-19, 2012
“Everything Matters”
The Jubilee Conference is a fantastic opportunity for college students and it happens here in Pittsburgh. The weekend is an incredible dive into how we as Christians can use our studies, skills, and passions to serve God and live out the Kingdom vision. Here are some words from the website – “Jubilee is the CCO’s annual college student conference. Jubilee is a catalytic event created to provide “a vision of and for life” to help followers of Jesus grow in living out their faith in every area of life. Encouraging students to consider the public implications of their own personal transformation and what it means to be faithful to God in their university years and their vocational pursuits that will follow.”

On-Going Meetings:
At ASCENSION:
- Sunday Evening Bible Study: Please join us in the Old Catacombs (basement below the parish hall) for a weekly Bible study for college students. We gather at 7:00pm and are studying the Gospel of Mark. Contact Jonny or check out the calendar below for more details.
At CMU:
- Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA): Meets every other Monday in the West Wing TV Lounge at 9:00 pm starting January 16th. (additional dates include: Jan 30th, Feb. 13th, 27th, Mar. 26th, Apr. 9th, 23rd., May 7th)
AT PITT:
- Panther Habitat for Humanity (Campus Chapter): General Body meetings are every Tuesday at 9:00pm in Posvar 1700.

During the school year we have the following events:
- Weekly college student Bible study
- Monthly fun events including hikes, picnics, game nights, and other fun.
- Parish Retreat: Please join us as we travel to the Laurel Highlands to join the rest of the church on the yearly fall retreat. It is a great time to get away and get to know people from our church. We will spend Saturday at the retreat.
- The Jubilee Conference is about living faithfully in every area of life. The conference takes place every year in February and has been a great experience for our students. Join us and more than two thousand other college students this year!
