Associate Rector Job Description Membership Form If you are a member of Church of the Ascension, take a moment to update your membership form. As a community, we want to be able to care for everyone here. Part of that caring includes being able to communicate with you better. If you are a member, you might need to update your membership. If you are considering membership, we want to make it easier for you to get connected. Filling out a membership form will help you become a more definite part of our worshipping commuity. Who should update their membership form? If you have recently moved, you should. If your child has gone away to college, you should. If your family has grown (you have just had a new baby!), you should. If you think that your information is not current you should.
