Ascension offers use of our facility to several support groups to help those who experience particular challenges or struggles in their lives:
International Women's Association of Pittsburgh (IWAP) - This group hosts english as a second language classes for those new to Pittsburgh, coming from other countries. These classes meet Monday mornings. IWAP also hosts a fun, monthly international cooking class on a Wednesday morning.
Living Waters meets in our upper parish hall (Guildroom) on Monday nights. Living Waters is a course designed to foster sexual and relational healing.
Alcoholics Annonymous meets Tuesday evenings.
The Legal Aide Society of Pittsburgh meets two Thursdays per month, offering free legal advice to those in need.
Overeaters Annonymous meets on Fridays during the daytime.
